The Land Trust invites you to join us for this year’s 5th Annual Wood River Land Trust RiverFest. The festivities will again be held at Lions Park near our Draper Wood River Preserve and will kick off at 1 pm immediately following Hailey’s famous Days of the Old West Parade on Thursday, July 4th.
RiverFest has lots to offer for everyone in the family, including great food and a beer garden, live music, a kids’ carnival, and games, but the real purpose of the event has always been to get the community to celebrate our wonderful Big Wood River.
There is no one thing that unites our community together more than the Big Wood. Flowing over 60 miles from the snowy heights of Galena Summit to the lava and sage desert of Magic Reservoir, the Big Wood River and its tributaries flows through all four major cities of the Valley and through no less than six of our Preserves.
Join us as we celebrate our community, our river, and our independence. We hope to see you there!
