About the event
Let's get this party started! Boxcar Bend needs some love and we’re teaming up with Trout Unlimited for the first work party of the summer. Now all we need is YOU! We invite you, your friends and family to help us spruce up Boxcar Bend Preserve, off Highway 75, north of the East Fork light. Tasks include pulling weeds, spreading wood chips on the trail, and picking up trash. Garbage bags will be provided, but please bring gloves and a water bottle.
No experience is necessary, and no sign-up is required. Light snacks will be available for participants. Come make a difference and enjoy a morning outdoors! (And maybe jump in the river afterwards…)
